Spain McQuillan was established in July 2007 as a result of the merger of Patrick Spain & Co and McQuillan Chartered Accountants.

The firm differs from other Chartered Accountancy firms in that its principals Patrick Spain and John McQuillan have both worked at board level at the coalface of industry for more than 12 years which enables us to understand the issues our clients are facing on a day to day basis in their businesses. 

The firm utilises the experience its principals have gained in actually running businesses to provide real added value advice to our clients.  The firm also leverages the experience the principals have in buying and selling businesses as one of the parties in a transaction as opposed to simply advising on a transaction.
