Patrick Spain
Patrick graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1985 with a degree in business studies. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He worked with KPMG in Dublin and then moved to London to work with Unilever and subsequently Arthur Andersen.

Patrick moved to private equity company Allen McGuire in 1992, and worked with them as finance director until 2004. At Allen McGuire he was involved in the acquisition and disposal of businesses throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, with a total deal value in excess of €600m. Patrick had financial responsibility for the above companies when they were held in the Allen McGuire portfolio.

John McQuillan
John graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1985 with a degree in business studies. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators . He worked with KPMG in Dublin and worked for 4 years in the family firm of Chartered Accountants, McQuillans DFK, before joining ESB Group in 1994.

John worked with ESB for 11 years and while in ESB he was financial controller of number of subsidiary companies culminating in the financial controllership of ESB National Grid and Finance Director Designate of EirGrid Plc.

Cecilia Barry
Cecilia graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1987 with a degree in Genetics. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. She worked with Price Waterhouse in Dublin and subsequently with Fraser Russell in London. Cecilia then worked as the Finance Director of Koratrade MTMC, a treasury management and banking arm of the KOC group, the largest private company in Turkey. Cecilia has also lectured to students of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and Dublin City University.
