Acquisition – Identify acquisition targets, advice on price and structure of offer, negotiate with vendor, advice on financing required, negotiate and secure financing, carry out due diligence, work with legal advisors to complete the deal.

Disposal – Identify potential acquirers, prepare sale book, advice on sale price and structure of deal, negotiate with acquirer, and work with legal advisors to complete deal.

Advisory – Carry out research and prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations to enable people to determine what strategies, plans etc they should put in place with a view to developing particular business ideas.  

Financing - Prepare business plans, advise on financing requirements, assist and negotiate in securing finance.

Fund Raising - Raise equity and all other types of capital on behalf of clients.
